Hi! We are Ian & Rachel and we have the privilege of walking alongside senior leaders of churches, helping them activate the supernatural, build kingdom foundations, and partner with heaven.
Ian & Rachel are from Northern Ireland and moved to the United States as missionaries. After serving Greater Chicago Church since 2001 in a variety of roles, including nine years as the senior leaders, Ian & Rachel launched full time as itinerants in 2017. Together they have written four books, As it is in Heaven, Seeing the Glory, Equipped for Glory, and The Voice of Love.
In addition to itinerant ministry and mentoring senior leaders of churches, they pioneer regional intensives all over the United States to raise up Apostles and Prophets. They have a mandate to father and mother emerging voices of the next generation. They reside in San Diego, California and have three amazing children, Reuben, Ethan, and Abigail.
Ian & Rachel are affiliated with Bethel Leadership Network and operate in submission to trusted churches and leaders.
Ian Carroll is an author, international speaker, and reformer. His ministry is known for manifestations of heaven, catalytic culture shift, and biblical teachings on the spiritual realm.
Ian is called as an apostle to reform, revive and align the church into maturity, standing united in one spirit, celebrating together as conquerors in the faith of the gospel.
Rachel Carroll is known as a prophet of love and for her gift of encouragement. She is an author, speaker, and prophetic mentor, emphasizing her greatest desires, the pursuit of the presence and friendship with Holy Spirit.
Rachel has a unique ability to unlock voices and loves to help churches establish a prophetic culture and prophetic worship.
